When will my order ship out?
Packages will be shipped once a week, but please be patient when
ordering right after a store update since I need to process a larger
amount of orders at once. Thank you!

When will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped from Canada. After receiving an email that your order has been shipped, please allow 1-2 weeks if you are ordering from Canada, 2-3 weeks if you are ordering from the US, or up to 3 months if you are ordering international depending of where you live.
Shipping can be such a pain; I'm sorry for any delays!
Pro Tip: Remember to order early during holiday seasons as shipping might take longer due to postal services being flooded with parcels.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
Please place your orders carefully since I do not allow exchanges, cancellations, or returns at the moment.
Please make sure that the shipping address you enter is correct as I can't be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

My package is damaged
If your order was damaged in transit, please let me know via email, and we can figure something out! Damaged goods during transit will not be refunded or replaced, but I will try my best to make it up to you. I pack orders with chipboard to prevent bending, but unfortunately once they are shipped, the packages are out of my control. Thank you for understanding!
